You may had to go through nearly a decade of heartbreak, but the Cleveland Browns are finally back in playoff football. Last season, the Browns took the best step forward where they finished the season 11-5 and embarrassed the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card game. The tide is turning in the AFC North, and the Browns are leading the charge. The potential is there for Cleveland as they could even take the division away from the Baltimore Ravens. Before we get too far ahead of ourselves on who can win the division, let’s see if they will go over or under their 10.5 win total for the 2021 season.

Cleveland Browns Over / Under 10.5 wins

Last year, Cleveland had multiple holes across the defense, leading to their loss against the Kansas City Chiefs. Instead of sitting around hoping Baker Mayfield and company can do it all again, the front office went out and transferred this defense. Cleveland added S John Johnson, DE Jadeveon Clowney, DE Takkarist McKinley, CB Troy Hill, LB Anthony Walker, and DT Malik Jackson. Oh ya, don’t forget they drafted CB Greg Newsome and ILB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. Anybody else ready to see that defense shine in 2021?

On the other side of the ball, Mayfield took a huge step forward with a much improved offensive line. It’s clear Mayfield is more comfortable in the pocket with running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt running wild. The offense should have no problem playing at the same level or improving. If they improve, touching 12 wins on the season is not a far reach. You know what to do here.
